Regulation concerns mandatory market access requirements for internet-connected radio equipment and wearable radio equipment
The objective of this regulation is to ensure that certain categories of radio equipment, when placed on the EU market:
Does not harm the network or its functioning nor misuse network resources, thereby causing an unacceptable degradation of service.
Incorporates safeguards to ensure that the personal data and privacy of the user and of the subscriber are protected.
Supports certain features ensuring protection from fraud.; Prevention of deceptive practices and consumer protection; Other
